Job Summary:
The IT Manager assumes responsibility for the structure, organization, maintenance and improvement of an IT operational and secure work environment for the Restaurant Support Center. This position has two PT Support personnel as direct reports.

Responsibilities:
• Install, manage and maintain the network and telephony (cloud based) infrastructure.
• Document and implement installation and maintenance procedures for the network.
• Measure network performance, intervene in case of problems and update the emergency plan for critical network problems.
• Manage and deploy continuous network improvement projects.
• Manage the Windows Network Environment including Active Directory and DNS.
• Manage the back-up strategy and flow of operations.
• Provide level 1, 2 and 3 desktop support.
• Manage the security system.
• Manage PCI DSS security procedures, scans and audits.
• Participates in the network architecture definition/redundancy.
• Establish a Home Based Call Center Agent IT infrastructure.
• Serve as facilitator for new client's phone line porting schedule.
• Manage all ongoing IT projects.
• Substantial exposure to hardware platforms, enterprise software applications, and outsourced systems.
• Experience with systems design and development from business requirements analysis through to day-to-day management.

Experience/Knowledge:
• Bachelors Degree in Information technology a big plus
• Min. 5 years experience in network administration and desktop support.
• Minimum 3 Years of Telephony experience.

Skills:
• Citrix (Home based work force)
• IP Based Telephony (inContact a plus)
• Physical Network Experience -- Switching, Firewall, Etc
• Physical Cable Wiring
• Project Management
• Active Directory, DNS, Windows networking background
• Windows and Linux Server Implementation and management
• PCI DSS Compliance IT requirements
