Responsibilities and Requirement:
- Working with the business stakeholders to understand their operation and provide IT solution to meet their requirement
- Participate in business and IT planning to ensure that the future and current business needs are addressed
- Continual revision and improvement to process and alert to any statutory policy change to ensure the system can cater the change
- Applying the best industry best practices to the organisation and ensure the company can benefit from the new changes/policies
- Manage all the change initiatives and minimize the impact to the business operation
- Strong understanding of IT tools, systems, processes and practices in a medium to large sized Investment / Financial Institutions.
- Proven ability to create, manage and develop high performing teams.
- Change Management skills at a Project Manager / Business Analyst or equivalent level with a strong track record of success.
- Strong, demonstrable interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate updates and issues effectively to senior management.
- Self motivated with a high level of initiative and a positive characteristics.
- Able to work with minimal supervision and able to prioritise effectively.
- Ability to identify and assess business needs.
- Client focussed with the ability to respond to client needs provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to understand and resolve complex issues
- Flexibility and embracing of changing
- Results orientated
- Preferably with a good understanding of investment instruments and complex investment products
- Must speak fluent to native English
