IT Manager
Responsibilities:
- To plan, direct, manage and oversee the activities and operations of the IT Services department, administer the IT budget, staff and physical facilities of the department
- Develop IT strategy in support of the company’s mission and core objectives
- Develop the annual work plan and operating budget for the department and monitor the implementation of these to ensure that the financial budget are met
- Oversee the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures and standards
- Direct, control and motivate the staff of the IT department
- Accountable to the management, mentoring and career development of all IT staff
- Responsible for researching and evaluating new technologies
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven Senior IT management experience
- A proven track record of driving and defining complex IT strategy
- Experience in managing IT infrastructure, technical support, security administration and data centre operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, possess leadership qualities and able to relate to staff of all levels
- Good time management, analytical and meticulous
