**Seeking MCSE/MCITP Field Service Techie with 2+ years recent HEAVY Inter-state travel Experience REQUIRED, this isn't a "learn as you go" or "Willing to travel" position, unfortunately! References checked.

REQUIRED
~Previous field experience heavy inter-state-national travel, at least 3-4 overnights/wk.
*Excellent communications skills, both verbal, written and documentation skills, Visio *Excellent client relation skills, experience working with end-users
*AD (users computer management), Remote Access (VPN, Dial-Up RAS), TCP/IP (DNS WINS), LAN/WAN, troubleshooting NT /2000/ Win 2003 /XP /98 /95/DOS, Microsoft skills, SQL, SQL Server, etc. (NOT just an "admin" position)
* Interact with professionals, interfacing with clinicians, physicians and IT/Bio-Med personnel. Key liaison for our clients and client focus is critical.
*Resolve client's issues professionally, efficiently, be flexible and adaptable to client needs.
-Travel 85-100%, territory is inter-state, and nationally as needed.
*Great credit, clean driving record, ability to pay own expenses (reimbursement)
*Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Install patient monitoring system in your territory and as needed, nationally
*Technical support to clients, installations and upgrades, hardware technical support in-house, etc
*Conduct conference calls with IT/IS on future installations/integrations
*Perform preventative maintenance on systems
*Assist technical department with documentation (strong Visio)
*Light 24/7 phone support (on call 1 week every 2 months)
Qualifications:
*Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline is ideal, AS considered with MCSE/MCITP
*History of heavy travel-interstate to international is required. This is not a "branch to branch" position, or "upstairs"
*MCSE and 5+ years in the medical device / healthcare industry-ideal, (but solid non-health ok.)
*Honest, loyal, dedicated, high integrity, self-starter, quick learner, good sense of humor, high energy, "marathon" long term tenacious
*Based out of your home office near an international airport
