Hawthorn Medical Associates is seeking an IT Network Administrator who would have a working knowledge of SQL, Novell, UNIX / LINUX, Windows 98, Windows NT, Windows 2000, NT 4.0. Expert knowledge of supported software MS Office Suite, MS Explorer. Understanding of Ethernet topologies. Excellent project management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize work requirements. Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills required.
Provide hardware, software, and desktop support. Track issues and problems, provide technical support for desktop, network, hardware and software problems, perform system upgrades, and hardware and software installations. Participate as part of a project team to perform site assessments and assist in the development and execution of project plans in the rollout of new equipment to sites.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent experience required. 5+ years in experience network design and administration in a large computing environment. Health Care Experience is preferred.
