IT Officer recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Provide production system support to systems
- Respond to a variety of requests from users, partners and vendors regarding the system and processes surrounding the systems
- Troubleshoot, develop and implement resolutions while maintain an on-time service delivery with appropriate follow up
- Participate in Business Continuity planning and execution
- Test and review software
- Make recommendations to improve the technical processes
Requirements:
- Holder of a Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in desktop service including user support and trouble-shooting of I.T. related matters
- Familiar with Windows 7 skills and basic networking concepts
- Understanding of hardware/networking/software monitoring, maintenance, deployment and related support
- Quick learner with the ability to work independently as well as a team player
