My client a leading Software Provider in Berkshire is recruiting for an IT Operations Manager to join their friendly team.
This role is varied and interesting and responsibilities will involve to;
-Managing the local IT Ops team or large projects within IT Operations
-Analysing local office infrastructure needs and provide recommendations on system upgrades and enhancements
-Providing technical support
-Ensuring that all service requests are completed within established SLAs
-Purchasing hardware software and peripherals
-Recruiting, training and motivating assigned staff
To be successful for this role applicants would have;
A technical degree
Experience of managing a small team
Strong knowledge of Windows Server - SQL Server - Exchange - Active Directory
Ability to communicate technical information effectively both orally and in writing
Project Management skills
