A major global financial organisation seeks an IT Operations Relationship Manager with a strong appreciation of core Infrastructure (networks, database, middleware, communications and desktop technologies etc).
You will govern the relationship between IT operational technology and Asset Classes (Equities, Future FX) and use your proven skills across relationship management across all parties.
There are many aspects to the roles from partnering with production support teams to resolving major incidents and improving services to infrastructure budget reviews and defining super stacks and architecture.
You will of course, possess excellent communicative prowess and a profile detailing work history across this field.
