Full Job Description
Our client, an international top 20 UK firm, is looking to recruit a talented IT/ Outsourcing solicitor at the 2+ PQE level to join its reputable Birmingham office.
You will join a renowned TMT practice that acts for customers and suppliers of communications and outsourcing related deals. As such, you will provide commercial advisory support for clients in both the public and private sectors, and will be expected to enhance existing client relationships as well as strengthen new ones. You will also be required to take an active role in the firm's marketing, and you will be expected to make regular trips to the firm'sLondonoffices. An interesting and varied workload is therefore guaranteed from the outset.
The ideal candidate will have gained demonstrable experience with an established TMT/ commercial practice. A strong grounding in IT, Data Protection and commercial law is essential. Top client facing skills, commercial focus and an ability to thrive in a team environment are also crucial attributes. The successful candidate will enjoy a comprehensive training and development programme along with market rate remuneration.
