IT PMO/Junior & Mid Level/Permanet roles recruitment
A leading bank is keen to speak to IT PMO's to support project portfolio management and PMO department performance in the delivery of IT banking projects.
Principal Role:
- Develop and maintain a project portfolio view of inter/intra dependencies and milestones across projects. This includes the tracking of issues, risks and actions arise in the portfolio.
- Assist in program and project portfolio consolidated reporting
- Coordinate collation of all necessary reporting information to management
- Ensure consistent reporting and communication at the project portfolio level
- Assist the Lead, Performance Management unit in the performance of:
- Track, monitor and analyze financials of PMO group
- Assist Head of PMO in Budgetary exercise
- Ensure section compliance with audit, regulatory and compliance
- Manage training needs of PM's community
- Responsible of online communication/content for PMO group
Qualifications/Experience
- Tertiary education is required
- Financial Services background is a must
- Certification or formal training in project management is required
- At least 5 years as a PMO/Project Lead or Project Manager in Information Technology with good track records
- Advantage to have experience in PMO of large scale IT program
- Advantage to have experience in business consulting, strategic planning, and project management or coordination role in large scale IT projects
- Advantage to have experience in Resource Management
