IT Portfolio and Governance Director/Executive Director –Investment Bank recruitment

Responsibilities Requirements:

Partnering with the business, IT streams, and global teams to consolidate and maintain the regional portfolio including financials, benefits, top program status, approval status, drawdown, etc.
Understand and enable cross-group program reporting complexities including buy-ins/sell-outs, transfers, governance, approval status, etc.
Provide thought leadership in the investment governance framework, including process efficiencies, increasing global collaboration, data analytics and reporting
Drive a cultural shift both in the region and globally to recognize regional requirements and needs through successfully influencing key stakeholders across the business and IT
Develop a regional reporting mechanism with existing tools to accurately and effectively drive meaningful MI for key stakeholders
Define specifications for tools and processes to enable tracking of programs throughout the entire lifecycle
Define, syndicate, and institutionalize a framework for the tracking of program/project benefits within the region
Own the regional change board governance process, including development of key reporting metrics and portfolio RAG status
Min. 15 years work experience, in which at least 5 years experience in similar role in investment bank
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
