IT Portfolio and Governance Director/Executive Director –Investment Bank recruitment
Responsibilities Requirements:
- Partnering with the business, IT streams, and global teams to consolidate and maintain the regional portfolio including financials, benefits, top program status, approval status, drawdown, etc.
- Understand and enable cross-group program reporting complexities including buy-ins/sell-outs, transfers, governance, approval status, etc.
- Provide thought leadership in the investment governance framework, including process efficiencies, increasing global collaboration, data analytics and reporting
- Drive a cultural shift both in the region and globally to recognize regional requirements and needs through successfully influencing key stakeholders across the business and IT
- Develop a regional reporting mechanism with existing tools to accurately and effectively drive meaningful MI for key stakeholders
- Define specifications for tools and processes to enable tracking of programs throughout the entire lifecycle
- Define, syndicate, and institutionalize a framework for the tracking of program/project benefits within the region
- Own the regional change board governance process, including development of key reporting metrics and portfolio RAG status
- Min. 15 years work experience, in which at least 5 years experience in similar role in investment bank
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
