IT Problem Analyst
Our client, a leader in the oil and logistics industry are currently looking for a Problem Analyst. The role is due to increased work load and is for an initial 3 months with likelihood to extend after.
The Role:
- You will take responsibility for identifying problems within the IT service delivery model
- You will facilitate problem management meetings and actions to ensure any issues are dealt with at a root cause level
- You will identify and resolve recurring issues and minimise these where possible
- You will also serve as a key interface with key business stakeholders
Required Skills:
- You will have a solid grounding in IT, ideally with a tertiary qualification
- It is required you have at least 2 years experience in a Problem Analyst capacity, within a large complex Enterprise environment
- You must have a solid understanding of ITSM and ITIL principles
- Above all, you must have exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deal with a range of senior business and technology stakeholders
