Division
Within Euroclear Corporate Technology (CT), the Production, Monitoring Control Team (PMC) provides supporting services for the business, hardware, applications and systems
Your part of the deal
As Production Monitoring and Control Analyst, your key objectives will be to:
- monitor and detect the events on the IT infrastructure that could have an impact on a Business services
- understand this events and gather every relevant information that could be used to resolve the incident
- prioritize the incident
- resolve the incident or escalate to some specific IT support teams
- keep posted the impacted Business Services on the resolution
- be the guardian of the production for every planned or emergency interventions
- manage the balance between risks and quick decisions
- manage shift constraints (handover, complete communication, documentation...)
- on a permanent basis adapt priority based on the incidents / context
Your Profile
- you have an IT background, no experience is required although background in production monitoring is a serious asset.
- ITIL background is an asset
- Communication skills
- Good Stress resistant
- Analytical, problem solving and decision making skills

- Ability to work on shifts and weekend
- Easy to express your point/opinion in a stressful situation

The PMC team is working in a rotation shift schedule:
- Night shift: from 22h00 - 06h00
- PM shift: from 14h00 - 22h00
- AM shift: from 06h00 - 14h00
(on average, you will have 20/52 working weekends)
To compensate the overtime generated, we foresee 40 recuperation days (to be added to your standard annual holidays)
