IT Program Manager

This position is responsible for the management of all ICD-10 IT efforts across all OptumHealth divisions. The role is accountable to the IT Program Director, Program IT Owner, the Office of the CIO for OptumHealth, OptumHealth senior leadership and works with all the business and IT leads in the divisions of OptumHealth. This is the fourth largest segment development effort on the program at $20M in 2012. This person is accountable for adherence to all of UHG-IT's and ICD-10's best practices across all of the OptumHealth divisions. The ideal candidate will reside in either Plymouth or Golden Valley, MN.

Requirements:
- 3+ years Program Management experience with proven ability to deliver high-profile work
- 3+ years working across multiple layers within a large matrixed organization
- 5+ year successful experience leading direct reports and matrixed Program and Project Managers
- 3+ years experience managing $10M+ multi-year Programs
- 3+ years experience interacting and presenting to Senior Stakeholders
- Successful experience driving Program requirements through a portfolio comprised of highly-diverse Lines of Business
- Successful experience engaging both Business and IT partners and aligning to enterprise strategic goals
- 3+ years managing financial forecast cycles
- Undergraduate degree in applicable area of expertise or equivalent experience

Assets:
- General understanding of OptumHealth Divisions
- Healthcare experience and understanding of HIPPA EDI standards
- Solid knowledge of UHG-IT's organization (e.g. UHG-IT finance, capital controllers, corporate finance, all of UHG-IT's process owners)
- Experience with Planview or similar Enterprise Program Management tool
