IT Program Services (CFO Division) – Senior PMO And Program Manager (1 year contract) recruitment

We are looking for Mid to Senior Level Program Managers with experience in setting up and managing a PMO while double hatting mandates such as Program Management and Delivery.
Other aspect of these roles may include initiating and managing several transformation projects such as integration of IT services components across legacy production support and testing services groups. Strong business acumen which aligns with COO and CFO strategic vision and ability in engaging senior stake holders are important.
Having consultancy background for FSI or strong delivery track records in supporting large complex programs in Banking environment, along with excellent communication skills are traits that will ensure your success in this exciting role.

Finance, Operations and IT provides most of the shared services in the Bank. The IT Project Services supports the long-term success of Credit Suisse IT by providing high quality consulting and project management services for strategic IT initiatives.
Job Description
- Support in tracking and reporting progress against plans, risks and issues as well as benefits realisation.
- To be able to drive the development and tracking of project roadmaps with individual work streams.
- Maintain configuration management of programme documentation, including overseeing the deployment of document configuration management into the work streams.
- Active tracking of programme level risks and issue.
- Identify and actively track inter-dependencies.
- Develop an integrated view of the work stream’s stakeholder analysis and engagement (including communication)
- Establish consistent practices and standards adhering to the programme governance arrangements, including project planning, reporting, change control, analyzing risks and issues, and maintaining and updating the risks and issues register for the programme.
- Reinforce the programme standards on progress reporting, risks and issues identification tracking, change control, configuration management. Conduct training and lessons learnt sessions.
- Assist in planning and conducting work stream assurance reviews, providing recommendations and advising on solutions.
- Preparing reports (i.e. consolidated, program reports, specific project issue…etc.)
- Scheduling and attending project meetings and documenting meeting minutes and action items.
- Establishing credibility with all levels of IT management.
- Effectively communicating with key project stakeholders on project progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree, preferably in IT
- PMI or PRINCE certification
- Min. 4 years IT IT, PMO (both essential)
- A banking or consultancy background (4 years + experience) and a strong understanding of structured program management in the banking arena.
- Track record of successfully supporting large complex programs within banking environment (minimum 3 years +)
- Ability to communicate effectively to senior mgrs
- Ability to produce clear, concise reports
- Strong presentation development skills - Excellent report writing skills (conveying concepts and thoughts clearly and concisely, with good powerpoint skills).
