Description

Orchestrate and drive the successful timely completion of programs to achieve the business goals, including the identification and resolution of risks and issues which impact program delivery
Employ program processes, procedures, methods, and standards for program delivery for BZTE; leverage these across the OT organization.
Partner with various ICG workstreams to ensure all dependencies between different projects are identified and managed.
Create and monitor programs of work and continuously ensure their alignment to business goals .
Communicate to all stakeholders (including Senior Management) on a timely basis in a clear way
Employ program processes, procedures, methods, and standards for program delivery; leverage these across the OT organization.

Bachelor's Degree required
6 - 10 years experience in successfully managing technology projects which include external suppliers through the full project lifecycle, from conception through rollout and ongoing support
At least 3 years experience in Program management during which candidate applied a structured approach (methodology) to the successful management, tracking, planning, monitoring and reporting of concurrent, multiple financial services projects spanning broad geographies and organizations
Experience with enterprise program management tools
Excellent influencing, facilitation, and partnering skills
Experience and ease in interfacing with Senior Management
Individual should be analytical, flexible, team-oriented, have good interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Technical proficiencies in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project
Experience with Planview a plus
Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Portuguese required
PMP certification a plus
