IT Project Lead recruitment
Our client, an automotive dealership management system provider is looking for a senior project manager to handle the implementation of its products to a major tier one client
Roles/Responsibilities
- To assume day-to-day running of all operation matters in Japan including Implementation and Support
- To manage operation resources ensuring that adequate numbers of resources are identified and available to meet the objectives of the business.
- To plan and control the implementation of the company’s products within deadlines and budget.
- To lead Aftersales team to review and action proposals with Sales Team
- Ensure that the project documents, including costings, are updated during the course of, and at the completion of the Project specifically this includes update of Dates, Statuses, Highlight reports (where applicable), Issues and Lessons Learned.
Required skills
- At least 8 years of experience in project management / implementation of ERP solutions for retail
- Experience in dealing with external clients
- Experience in global environment
Preferred skill
- Experience in working with automotive dealers
Personal Attribute
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese
