Dell Inc. is a global provider of information technology solutions. We are currently looking for an IT Project Management Consultant to join our Dell Services team.

Job Responsibilities:

· Manages a broader portfolio of projects as well as projects within that portfolio or a highly complex project.

· Projects are likely to have few precedents and may have global impact

· Has extensive interaction with internal customers and senior business leadership

· Contributes to the development of the Program’s structure and manages aspects of the broader program activities

· Independently manages multiple larger Complex projects, programs, or small portfolios that require high levels of functional integration and organizational change management

· May prepare, present, distribute project, program, or portfolio information to all levels of Dell and Customer management and staff; as well as others both internal and external to the organization; represents the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external resources

· May be responsible for all or multiple aspects of the Project Management Office (PMO) functions for a particular portfolio

Qualifications

Required Skills:

· Advanced understanding of IT Project Management principles and techniques; preferred certification

· Extensive experience in managing change and engaging team members

· Advanced ability to provide direction and leadership to others

· Excellent facilitation and communication skills

· Experience (Functional, Leadership)

· 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience

· 10+ years of experience leading large scale Siebel projects

· At least 3-4 end to end Siebel implementation experience in an Enterprise environment

Desired Skills:

· Siebel Public Sector CRM and Siebel Call Center experience is a plus

· Any experience in implementing Health Care Exchanges in any US State is a plus
