IT Project Manager – FIC technology recruitment
The candidate should be capable of generating independent ideas and able to work effectively within a global team have a strong desire to increase their financial knowledge.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Project Management of multiple projects from conception to delivery within FIC Technology
• Provide reports on regular basis to management on status of delivery
• Engage and participate in departmental strategy discussions
• Build key relationships across infrastructure, application support and development groups
• Liaise with support team on establishing / improving the best practices offered to business users.
• Work with the technical team leads on platform re-engineering tasks and growth of the system, providing expertise in finance as well as contributing in business analyst and project management efforts
• Effectively communicate and build rapport with team members and stakeholders using a variety of techniques and collaboration from initiation to close
• Willingness to work within a global team and strive to improve the consistency of the application within the various regions.

• Investment banking environment experience.
• Strong Project/Programme Management experience - within RTB/Service Delivery Projects.
• Exposure to global markets businesses.
• Experience dealing with front office traders and senior fixed income management covering risk and PL.
Preferred
• Experience dealing with Interest Rate and Credit Derivatives.
• Experience with fixed income systems and reporting tools.
• Experience with all facets of project and test plan management.
