Duties:

 

•           Understanding and ability to work on infrastructure components such as Databases, Operating Systems, Hardware, Servers, Network, and Storage.

•           Experience managing multiple projects; ability to drive execution.

•           Coordinate with various IT and business stakeholders to define and implement a technology enabled solution and standards. 

•           Responsibilities include project planning, meeting facilitation, risk assessment and mitigation, and timeline, resource, issue, and budget management.

•           Job Functions Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope.

•           Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

•           Prepare deliverables with team input and review.

•           Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

•           Create deliver engaging, informative, and well-organized presentations.

Skills:

•           Program management experience

•           Minimum 3 years’ experience coordinating and/supporting IT business processes

•           Minimum 3 years of project management or IT management experience, including working within a defined project/system scope, budget, and timeline, working with technical and non-technical resources, communicating status, and managing the delivery of results

•           Ability to organize information and processes in a logical and efficient manner

•           Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•           Organizational Skills; Time Management; Leadership Skills

•           Strong experience using MS Office products, including MS Project

 

 Education:

 

Bachelor’s Degree (technology or related field); 6 – 9 years’ experience

PMP Certification or equivalent preferred.

 

 

Work Status:

Duration:  Contract 9 months+ Possibility of conversion to permanent employment
