IT Project Manager
IT Project Manager; Location: Edgewood, MD; Clearance: Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance Responsibilities: - IT Project Management and systems integration - Manage daily operational aspects of project and scope - Ensure timely and accurate delivery of contract products to the government - Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules to ensure customer requirements are being met in accordance with PWS - Provide team direction and vision, including motivation to perform, individualized professional development counseling and team cohesion - Provide consistent level of quality and performance; continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and improve client relations - Provide for the selection, training, professional development and work evaluation of subordinate staff and make recommendations on hiring, termination, promotion and discipline as required - Develop and monitor program budget; oversee financial well-being of program by analyzing cost effectiveness and exercising cost controls; conducts Earned Value Management - Develop and direct the implementation of goals, OBJECTIVEs, policies, procedures and work standards in support of vision Requirements: - Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information - 3-5 years experience in the following areas: -- IT Project Management -- Software Development Lifecycle -- Oracle Relational Databases -- Java -- Systems Engineering -- Government Contracting -- Microsoft Project -- CMMI -- Project Management Professional Please submit current resume via email to: Jobs@NMRconsulting.com with IT Project Manager as the subject.
