IT Project Manager

 

Job Summary:

The IT Project Manager is responsible for the successful design, delivery and implementation of enterprise application solutions. This individual manages, mentors, and leads the team through the entire solution development project lifecycle. Through planning, organization, collaboration, strategic guidance, formal process and controls, and good communication, the Project Manager ensures the success of each initiative. This individual possesses a strong background in project management, solution development, development technologies, development methodologies and leadership. The successful candidate’s outstanding communication, team building, strategic thinking, creative and technical skills will allow the delivery of initiatives on time. The Project Manager works closely with the business users and IS management to define and manage expectations, control scope, mentor and lead their team, implement methodology and continually enhance processes.

 

Scope:

This position requires on call in support of development projects and staff.  Develops team budget and tracking and generates strategy for development team.  Discretion is required.

Hours:

First Shift, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Flexibility in work schedule is required including the ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as operational need may require.
