IT Quality Group Manager recruitment
Responsible for end-to-end QA for Equities in EMEA. This includes:
- Define implement the QA strategy for EMEA, in-line with the global direction;
- Plan and execute integration testing for multiple deliverables in parallel;
- Automate all QA processes, based on aggressive targets;
- Optimize QA environments and ensure their reliable, continuous operation;
- Collaborate with Dev teams to optimize QA processes release planning;
- Provide transparency to the QA processes via metrics, SLA-s, KPI-s, reports.
Skills
- Extensive experience in quality assurance, service/process management;
- Extensive knowledge of the financial industry, preferably Equities front office;
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task;
- Strong people management skills, across multiple geographies;
- Hands-on experience with test automation and QA environment management;
- Hands-on experience with a broad range of 3rd party tools used in QA;
- Strong vendor management skills, demonstrated in outsourcing large scale service delivery functions under various operating models;
- Solid understanding of the specifics of distributed real-time systems;
- Strong technical skills: scripting, infrastructure, messaging, databases;
- Comfortable operating in both Linux and Windows environments;
