What you’ll do
Our Recruitment team is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process. We are not only focused on developing new recruitment strategies, advertising opportunities and visiting recruitment events (national/international), but we are also involved in the entire interview and hiring process. Within our team you will be working closely with two other recruiters and a job market communication specialist.
As our new IT recruiter you will be sourcing applicants in a highly competitive candidate driven market. With your excellent networking and communication skills, you are able to find the needle in the haystack.
In short, as our new IT recruiter you will be:
- Attracting and selecting the best candidates for our IT department;
- Innovative and renewing in generating high quality CV’s;
- Developing and maintaining strong internal relations with all (IT) stakeholders;
- Pro-actively sourcing candidates (via social media, headhunting, LinkedIn etc.);
- Developing innovative recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates from across Europe;
- Responsible for the interview and hiring process (including negotiations);
- Maintaining and expanding our network with universities, study associations and other external relations together with our job market communication specialist;
- Aware of all new IT developments in order to find and select the right candidates;
- Visiting career fairs (national and international) and giving presentations/guest lectures.
What you’ll need
- An Academic degree;
- At least 3 years working experience as a recruiter, preferably in IT (either corporate or within a recruitment agency);
- Proven affinity for IT;
- A highly critical mind and a continuous drive to improve (existing) recruitment related issues;
- A solid IT network;
- Basic IT knowledge and a curiosity for trading;
- The ability to work under pressure;
- Strong communication/networking skills (both written and verbal);
- A pro-active, creative nature and a flexible working attitude;
- Enthusiasm, hands-on mentality;
- Fluency in English and in Dutch.
