IT Release Manager recruitment
The role entails:
• Manage the process in order to highlight and dissolve any unforeseen business, technical, resource or maintenance implications
• Manage the execution of new or changed IT services in order for efficient operational use.
Plan and organise checkpoint meetings with process planning workshops
Recommend techniques for improving and streamlining the transition process.
Person Specification:
• Minimum of 10 years experience in the IT industry
• Sound knowledge and experience in quality assurance, vendor management, SDLC, version control etc.
• Held a position with strong involvement in ITIL processes for large MNCs.
• Educated to degree level
