IT Risk Director recruitment

Overview of duties:

Manage the delivery of high quality IT Risk services for Singapore.
Track the Singapore IT risk position by undertaking analysis of key risks.
Providing IT risk and security education programs to the business.
Managing IT Regulatory Risk reviews.
Undertaking risk and control assessments to ensure risks are effectively managed and mitigated.
Develop relationships with senior stakeholders to proactively identify issues and improve IT Risk services.
Manage and deliver Singapore specific IT Risk change programmes.
Represent Singapore in international working groups with regard to IT Risk policy development, and regulatory engagement.
Chair appropriate IT Risk committees.
Develop and deliver IT Risk briefings and Threat Management workshops.
Drive the IT Risk framework in Singapore in line with Group policy, ensuring risks are fully evaluated and mitigating action plans are completed.

To be considered for this role you must demonstrate the following:

At least 10 years experience working in IT Risk either within a complex global banking environment or Big4 consulting at Senior Manager / Director grade.
Excellent verbal and written report writing skills in English.
Quickly grasp complex issues and set priorities according to technical as well as strategic considerations.
Experience of working under pressure without impact on the quality of deliverables.
Experience liaising and influencing up to and including Managing Director grade stakeholders.
In depth knowledge of the legal and regulatory environments within Singapore and experience liaising with MAS.
In-depth experience of IT Risk Frameworks and governance methodologies COBIT and ITIL.
Extensive knowledge of information security technology and IT including UNIX, Windows, databases, network infrastructure, firewalls, application development, Information security tools.
