SALARY BENEFITS:

£40k - £50k Base, £90k - £100k OTE plus excellent accelerators (125% of target £14k on top) and other benefits

ROLE INFORMATION:

My client is a leading provider of Managed and Hosted Desktop Support Services and Solutions to a variety of large corporate organisations across the UK, US and EMEA, turning over in excess of £60m. They have had an incredible amount of success recently and Finlay James have already placed one candidate with them in the last couple of months. Owing to their success and their need to expand part of their EMEA sales team they are looking to hire a succesful Enterprise Sales Executive to cover a Northern Europe patch including countries such as Germany, France, Austria, Serbia, Hungary, Croatia to name a few. The role will involve a base from my clients London office when not on appointments and you will be selling their value proposition to 80% - 90% new, identified and qualified clients across this region. My client have a real recipe for success, they offer an unrivalled accelerator package for over-achievement and are committed to ensuring that their employees are making large amounts of money! In addition to this EVERY employee in the company last year was given an iPad2!

CANDIDATE SKILLS REQUIRED:

You must have a proven and demonstrable track record and experience in a similar field. You will have experience selling IT Services and Support technologies, Remote Desktop support, Enterprise Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Managed and Outsourced Desktop Support services or anything within these parameters. It is crucial that you have new business experience and will ideally have sold into large, corporate, FTSE-based Call Centre environments. You may have sold at this level in the private or public sector but emphasis would be on retail and Telecoms although this market experience is NOT essential. You may have experience working for the likes of IBM, Fujitsu, CSC, Cap Gemini, Centralis, Computacenter, SCC to name a few. You will be located in the Southeast with good access to London. You must also be fluent, ideally native, German speaking as well as English. A further N European language would also be preferred but not essential.
