IT SECURITY AND RISK REMEDIATION recruitment
The individual in the IT Risk Management team will be responsible for partnering with the Global Tech group, IT and IT Risk in working on IT remediation iniatives for the firm. The position involves working with the operational risk framework and identifying any potential risk as well as working on plans to mitiagate the risk. The group is a involved in change management and will also look for imrovements in processes and improvements. Responsibilities also involve working with the various vendors. Qualified candidate must have a college degree with at least 5 years in an IT risk, Audit, or Security position in a financial services firm. Must have experience in assessing IT security risks and well as conduting self audits and making recommendations for improvement. Knowledge of IT SOX is needed. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. Must be able to make presentations to senior management in NYC and globally.
