IT Senior Analyst – Web and Integration Team * The Wendy's Company Corporate Headquarters, Dublin, O
Position Overview
Reporting directly to the IT Solutions Delivery Manager, the IT Senior Analyst will be responsible for capturing business requirements, interpreting and documenting those requirements for the technical team, creating and executing test scripts, and creating change management documents.
Supporting Responsibilities Include:
- Working with the Wendy’s business units to identify and define the business processes and problems that can be improved through applications, integrations, or automation
- Documenting and defining business requirements, and translate those items to the technical staff for development and implementation
- Ensuring requirements for existing as well as new applications are clearly defined and documented
- Creating test approaches, test plans, and test cases, and systematically execute all of them
- Identifying defects in applications, communicating them to developers, and following up until the defects are resolved
- Creating communications, including email, demos, release notes, and end-user documentation
sfor applications - Providing third-level support for assigned applications, including hands-on troubleshooting, and interfacing with customers
- Participating in multiple, discrete work efforts simultaneously and efficiently
- Collaborating with technical and business teams to design data flows, basic UI designs, and application functionality
- Contributing positively and proactively to project results by demonstrating cooperation, creativity, and determination
- Following all established Wendy’s IT processes, controls, standards, procedures, and internal audit controls

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years of experience in the IT field
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Access
- Knowledge of SQL Server and Oracle databases, and ability to run SQL queries against both
- Experience with analysis/design/testing of Web-based applications
- Experience working with 3rd party vendors
