A small, fast growing IT service organisation requires an Office Manager / IT Service Co-ordinator. This is a changed role to help this business gain better control of its fast growth. The job is based in Norwest Business Park at Baulkham Hills.
Key Responsibilities
- Report direct to the Finance and Operations Director
- Working with a small, dynamic team
- Managing the calendars of all staff
- Taking, Booking and Allocating IT Service Jobs to 5 Network Support Engineers for
- Being first contact point for all incoming calls
- Ensuring IT Engineers deliver what we have promised External Clients
- Ensure Service Management System is up to date
- Ensuring IT Engineers are reminded of their Key Performance Indicators
- Ensure IT Engineers complete time sheets correctly and on-time
- Monitoring of incidents, problems and change requests
- Managing software renewals for external clients
- Product Ordering
- Produce accurate, concise and timely reports as required, including invoices, SLA reports, incident reports, weekly and monthly reports, staff productivity and activity reports
- Various Office Administration tasks
- Acting as Personal Assistant to 2 Company Directors
Minimum Requirements
- Citizen or Permanent Resident of Australia
- Valid Drivers License
- Well spoken with an advanced level of spoken and written English
- Be able to organise others
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong, outgoing personality
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Able to work under pressure
- Be able to multi-task
- Timeliness, efficiency and accuracy are important aspects of this role
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Word 2007
- Intermediate skills with Excel 2007
- Intermediate skills creating/merging Adobe documents
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Outstanding telephone manner
- Ability to professionally handle all customers requirements including complaints
- Desire to add value to the organization
- Desire to continually learn
