Roles/Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable engineer with a passion for IT Service Management and providing quality, IT focused, systems to our customers.
This position will:
• Aid in redeployment and ongoing administration of HP uCMDB.
• Become the primary HP Service Manager tailoring resource at FICO.
• Manage the IT Enterprise Management suite of tools including monitoring, backups, patching, upgrades, development and enhancement of new features.
• Have a desire to stretch beyond Service Management space to event management systems and datacenter orchestration.
• Be comfortable and well-spoken doing presentations in front of medium sized meeting groups.
• Provide enterprise level reporting to management and executive teams.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call schedule with the rest of the team in support of the Monitoring and Service Management tool sets.

Qualifications:

Experience/Qualifications:

Requirements:
• B.S. or B.A. in (MIS) Management Information Systems, Computer Science, related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT monitoring or Service Management roles.
• Experience in systems management in a heterogeneous server environment.
• Experience with ITIL processes or other IT Operations frameworks.
• Familiarity with architecture, design, components and structure of a CMS (CMDB).
• Experience leading training/presentations for small/medium sized groups.

Additional Skills:
• ITIL Certification(s)
• Experience in HP uCMDB, TQL Creation and application mapping.
• Experience in tailoring of HP Service Manager or familiarity with application customization based on customer need.
• Experience with server monitoring and discovery protocols. Specifically WMI and SNMP
• Experience with Enterprise Monitoring systems including Tivoli Netcool, Solarwinds Network Performance Monitor, Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), Keynote
•Experience with scripting technologies is a plus; specifically JavaScript and Python.
