Description
:
Seeking an IT Service Management Tools Architect with Subject Matter Expertise (SME) architecting tools from at least one of the Big 4 in Service Management (BMC) in large enterprise environments. Qualified candidates will be able to demonstrate skills in IT Service Management architecture; ITIL v3 processes and technical leadership.. The IT Service Management Tools Architect will act as the technical team lead architecting and planning deployment for Service Management Tools. The IT Service Management Tools Architect will work with Project Managers, Tools Team and Process Team. The IT Service Management Tools Architect will provide technical leadership to the team.
This position requires an individual to have deep knowledge of ITIL and architecting BMC Tools.
Experience Required
ü 8+ years of professional experience in Service Management Tools, and Tools Architecture with any combination of Big 2 Service Management Vendors (IBM, BMC, HP, CA)
ü 5+ years of specific Tools Architecture experience with BMC products. This includes tools within the Service Health BSM (BPPM, ADDM, SRM, Atrium), CMDB, Service Management ITSM and Service Automation BBCA and BBSA (Operations Orchestration, Atrium)
ü Able to deliver the BSM Vision to customers
ü Strong skills in ITIL v3 processes
ü Previous work in a large enterprise data center or service provider environment
ü ITIL v3 or v2 Foundations certification highly desirable
