IT Service Delivery Manager with exp of working in a multi-country organisation. Must have exp of managing delivery of an IT support desk service for external customers and account managers in an IT env. Focus is on customer service delivery with regular interface and relationship building with senior people (C levels) who are competitive. Exp must be gained pref within a creative environment (media / advertising) and shared service / or service delivery with a formal supplier / customer arrangement.

Managing other managers and teams, taking ownership of services delivered by the IT Service Desk / on-site deskside support admin teams and SDMs, ensuring that the daily operations of the IT Service Desk and on-site deskside support teams are being managed effectively.
Must have good analytical skills, exp of supporting a 4,000+ user environment across multi sites, managing an IT service / support desk, customer account managers customer relationships. Must have ITIL V3 and Microsoft or Apple certs.
