IT Service/Client Financial Analyst recruitment

Intelligenence / Business Management teams. In summary the roles will see the successful individual be responsible for both project based/service work and design/delivery of financial information, delivering into the bank’s Technology department.

Tasks comprise of:

• Support the creation of tactical analytics solutions and MIS to facilitate effective review and discussion of client allocations with Senior Business Managers in the short to medium term

• Produce preliminary analysis for incorporation into regular and on-demand Client Allocation analysis

• Support the design implementation of strategic analytics and reporting solutions e.g. self-service reporting tools for rollout across GT

• Support the design implementation of GT One Bill Strategy.

• Support the design implementation of new reporting tools, scorecard and Dash- Board.

• Periodic reporting

• Analyse cost vs. revenue and profitability of Services

• Analyse consumption of services.

• Analyse Actual vs. Plan allocation

Key skills and attributes will include:

• Background business management or technology management

• A basic understanding of how IT Services impact the Financial Services Industry

• An understanding of core drivers for IT services (business requirements, cost components, etc.)

• Ability to clearly define a problem, its main drivers, potential solutions, and the next steps to assess and 

implement these solutions

• Ability to apply analysis appropriately and communicate it meaningfully

• Ability to work well w/ immediate and extended team members across multiple geographical locations

• Ability to bridge cultural and geographic divides

• Ability to make clear and concise business arguments, using appropriate analytical and visual tools
