IT Services Manager (Financial Services)
In particular, this individual will be supporting our client’s customers for merchant on boarding and integration support. Working cooperatively with numerous internal MasterCard functions, this individual is critical to the successful deployment of the MasterCard internet Gateway Services within Asia and other parts of the globe. This individual will bring extensive technical expertise, problem solving agility and experience working with complex technical and business support requirements.
Major Accountabilities:
- Responsible for programming, testing, implementation support of new MiGS customers and their merchant in the test and production environments.
- Lead and/or participate in customer visits for training, education and operational support.
- Work with the local Customer Support and international teams to develop implementation timetables for each customer to be enabled.
- In conjunction with cross functional team, liaise with supplier organisations (sub-contractors providing technology or services to the MiGS product), to ensure the delivery of products and services which meet the customers’ requirements.
- Provide training to customers being enabled, within the covered region.
- Provide on-going support for MiGS customers via telephone and email, subject to the level of service agreed to with the customer concerned.
- Provide input to the MiGS guides, manuals and on-line help information.
- Maintain Merchant Enablement and Integration Support customer training materials.
- Providing support to local and international Customer Delivery teams specially on Merchant Enablement and Integration support.
Key Qualifications:
- Must be high-energy, detail-oriented and proactive with the ability to function under pressure in an independent environment.
- Ability to identify issues before they develop into problems; proactively resolve issues directly or through escalation to appropriate partners
- Ability to work as a member of matrix based diverse and geographically distributed project team.
- Experience working across multiple levels, functions and regions; able to clearly communicate complex technical and business information in an easy to understand manner; able to effectively deliver messages both verbally and in writing
- Experience with process workflow tools and project methodologies
- Experience working within a small team of business implementers
- Knowledge of XML
- Knowledge of Web Scripting (eg ASP/PHP/JSP) and knowledge of Web Servers
- Travel may be required.
