Position Description:
The IT Manager will serve as a hands-on technical leader within the IT organization to implement global IT technology projects. The IT Manager is responsible for implementing technology solutions to support IT initiatives, liaising with local business stakeholders for deliverables, and ensuring optimal day-to-day IT operations. The IT Manager will recruit and retain top tier multinational technology professionals. As a technical leader, the qualified candidate must have in-depth hands-on technical knowledge required in order to lead IT implementation team. Additionally as an IT manager, the qualified candidate must also demonstrate implementation project management experience with large scale, global IT projects across multiple time zones. This role is responsible for all Marvell’s Microsoft Windows platform and will manage the following teams: Windows server team, Desktop support team, and our Helpdesk team.

Qualifications:
• Must have University or College degree in Computer Science or related field and experience
• Must have 5+ years of manager level responsibilities with global IT teams
• Must have 7+ years’ experience in Information Technology field in a Windows centric environment
• Must have experience with VMware, Network Access Control, NetApp, Citrix and/or VDI, AV solutions, SharePoint, etc.
• Must have proven knowledge of Windows AD system administration and Windows networking (DHCP, DNS, and WINS) and Windows multi-domain architecture and domain security.
• Must have Windows System Management and Monitoring tools (MS SCCM 2007, Microsoft SCOM, Altiris, Big Fix…)
• Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Must have strong leadership skills. Technology minded but also a strategy thinker with ability to influence others for consensus building
• Ability to drive change and inspire innovation
• Tact and diplomacy in dealing with confidential information
• Ability to offer common sense solutions to complex technical issues
• Self-starting, high energy level and exceptional work ethic.
