IT / Statistics Officer (Contract) recruitment

Credit Agricole CIB is the Corporate and Investment Bank arm of Credit Agricole, a major French Insurance / Bank group. It has extended its operations in Asia. The Client On-Boarding department within Global Referentials Management (GRM) currently rests on 3 centres: Paris, London and New York. They provide analysis and control functions for the KYC files as support to the Front-Office Relationship Manager who book their operations on those 3 places.

A fourth centre, located in Asia in GIO/ISAP within Singapore branch, was created to complete the set up. In a first step, GRM/Singapore is a unit dedicated to the new activity relative to the KYC (Know Your Customer) files review. Indeed, the regulation -3rd Directive of the European Union on the Anti Money Laundering and terrorism financing- and its declension in the CA-CIB directives oblige the KYC files to be periodically reviewed to ensure their compliance.

Skillful coordination with Paris, London and New-York partners and top management reporting is necessary for the overall success of the department.

Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibility is to assist in building and maintaining an optimized Reporting platform

• Coordinating between GRM Paris, London and New-York project manager to bridge the necessary communications and to make timely follow-ups to ensure projects are running at satisfactory levels; this may include assistance to any necessary action plans

• Handling of user on-boarding and off-boarding process; managing a resource list and making sure that user records are correct and up-to-date

• Follow-up of Sales portfolio re-assignment and counterparts closure related requests and incidents, and taking care of any escalated issues

• Making improvements on the reporting process using MS Excel, MS Access and VBA as an GRM internal project

Requirements:

This position requires a graduate with a degree in Computers or IT related discipline with minimal relevant experience in project management and/or coordination.

• Degree in Computers or IT related discipline

• Strong experience in working with Microsoft Excel, VBA coding and Microsoft Access for data collection and report generation

• Basic knowledge of project management and relevant skills in planning and executing as well as follow up of tasks

• Affinity to work in international and multi cultural environment with good written English verbal communication skills

• French speaking capability is an advantage

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
