Job Summary
To ensure the support maintenance of the IBM solution in accordance with the relevant SLA.

THIS ROLE WILL NEED A VALID SC CLEARANCE FOR AN IMMEDIATE START
Main duties and responsibilities
+ Provide technical support and maintenance on company product
+ Ensure full adherence to the SLA
+ Respond to customer needs relevant to the companies contractual responsibilities
+ Act as the company product Technical expert
+ Follow up on actions and filter customer needs
+ Responsible for the internal and contractual reporting process
+ Act as key point of escalation and the coordinator of any incident resolution
Skills and experience
+ UNIX/AIX experience is important for this position
+ Database experience (Oracle if possible)
+ Several years' previous experience in a similar environment with proven technical expertise on company products
+ Good IT administrator skill set
Education and Qualifications
+ Ideally educated to a minimum of degree level in a IT/technical subject
