IT Support Analyst – Wealth Management

I am currently looking for an IT Support Analyst for one of my prestigious wealth management clients based in London to provide 1st and 2nd line support. Candidates will be accountable for:

- Setting up new user accounts, groups and mailboxes
- Microsoft Exchange and VMware support
- MS Office product and other software vendor support
- Supporting backup and antivirus solutions
- Solving common PC hardware and software problems
- Train end users on software and security best practices

Candidates will need the following:
- BA/BSc with a Technology / Computer Science degree
- Previous experience in providing 1st and 2nd line support
- Knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, printers, hardware, networking
- Basic administration of office phones via Cisco UCM and corporate smartphones
- Excellent communication skills
