IT Support Analyst / Active Directory / Exchange / Server 2003 / VPN
My client are a sports betting consultancy based in London, looking for an IT Support Analyst with proven 1st and 2nd line support experience. You will be responsible for 1st and 2nd line technical calls through to the IT Support Helpdesk for both internal users and external companies. Including troubleshooting on desktop through to server level. Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to work shifts including weekends.

Active directory, Exchange, Server 2003, VPN Windows XP, TCP/IP
You will have solid and proven experience in both 1st and 2nd line support, a thorough understanding of Active Directory, Exchange, network protocols such as TCP/IP, Windows server 2003, Windows XP and Office versions. Experience with VPN technology, firewalls, telephony software, anti virus, backup systems and CCTV systems would be a great advantage.
