Description
The IT Support Analyst 3 resolves all Level Three end-user problems over the phone; passes all unresolved requests on to a senior member of the team. Installs and maintains hardware and software, documents diagnosis and resolution of faults, manages user passwords, security and inventory documentation, ensures the efficient performance of servers and attends to other operational tasks. May also perform tasks such as help desk support and user training.
Qualifications
At least 3 years experience in implementing, day to day operations, architecture, troubleshooting, maintaining/ upgrading SW with Networking products
LAN/ WAN, MPLS Support
Experience with Cisco switches and routers a must
Nexus experience a plus
Firewall experience a must. ASA Firewalls a plus
Lan to Lan VPN configuration/ troubleshooting
Juniper Netscreen SSG Firewalls
Experience working in an ASP/Hosting environment a big plus.
Routing Protocols:
OSPF, EIGRP is highly desired.
Not required but a nice to have:
CCNP certification a big plus
Content Services Switch Load balancer
Cisco ACE Load balancer or Citrix Netscaler
Riverbed Steelhead
Orion network monitor
