My client is a prestigious Legal Services Company located in Liverpool looking to recruit an experienced IT Support Analyst.

ROLE INFORMATION

You will be responsible for the provision of 1st/2nd line ITC support for the group business. You will also act as an initial point contact for all the day-to-day IT queries/problems.

You must be a customer focused individual with good problem solving and analytical skills and have the ability to work in a team environment. Therefore strong communication and team-working skills are essential for this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Logging all ITC queries in accordance with the Firm's protocols.
• Promptly responding to resolving/referring queries received.
• Liaising with Team Leader and ITC Network Manager to ensure all system developments/enhancements are understood and actioned
• Providing assistance with ITC projects as directed by the ITC Director
• Setting up telephone networks for users as instructed
• Resolving hardware issues as appropriate
• Provide first line support for Case Management Systems
• Building, installing and maintaining Laptop and PC systems across the network

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Minimum 2 Years experience in a support environment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows XP/2003 AD.
• Experience of working with Windows Server 2003
• Experienced in supporting with Terminal Services / Citrix
• Experience of using and troubleshooting Outlook and Office with emphasis on Word, Excel, Publisher, Acrobat Reader
• Experience of HP PC/Laptop and HP Printer support
