IT SUPPORT ANALYST recruitment
The role holder will provide effective and efficient 1st line support services to the Company user base in accordance with established Service Level Agreements.
Core Responsibilities:
- To provide a 1st class level of service to internal users through reactive fault resolution within established service levels.
- Log and track all calls through the established Service Desk software and liaise with 2nd line support for fault escalation.
- Ensure all problems are dealt with efficiently and courteously, minimising user disruption and maintaining a high degree of system availability.
- Ensure all fault resolutions are documented and fed into the Service Desk knowledge base.
- Provide support to the IT Infrastructure Team and Business Change team when required.
- Identify, suggest, and where required, implement improvements to new and existing processes and procedures ensuring continual improvement to the IT Service Delivery Manager.
- Strive towards the provision of service excellence by continually improving knowledge and understanding of the systems deployed within the Company ensuring best practice at all times.
