IT Support Consultant, Netherlands - Client Team 1 Europe

 

There is a position for a 2nd level IT support person reporting to the Client Team 1 Manager.

 

Purpose:

Responsible for delivering a high quality 2nd level IT Support for software and hardware to the Dutch affiliate and to provide reliable, safe, effective, efficient IT infrastructure/services and solutions.

 

Responsibilities:

· 2nd level IT support to all users in the Netherlands affiliate for hardware, software and telecommunications according to predefined SLAs and KPIs

· Working with third party service delivery partners to deliver all required IT services to the affiliate

· Troubleshooting and providing solutions to local and regional IT incidents and problems

· 2nd level IT support to other countries in Europe as required as a member of Client Team 1

· Assuring all relevant Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to and required quality procedures are implemented and followed and local IT documentation is maintained and kept up to date

· Installs and administers all local IT client and infrastructure services as required to relevant internal and external IT standards

· Regular visits (monthly) to Belgium affiliate in Brussels

· NNEU IT Projects delivered to plan

· Recommends procedures and processes for continuous IT improvement

 

Measures:

· 2nd Level IT support services as defined by NNEU IT SLA

· Monthly SLA KPI reporting

· Customer satisfaction

· Project delivery

 

Qualifications and Experience:

Diploma in Computer science, Information technology systems or equivalent

5 years work experience in IT and knowledge of ITIL v3.0

Fluent in written and spoken English
