IT Support Engineer
This global bank with a growing presence in the UK is seeking a skilled level 2 engineer to provide hands on support with PC, Network and Server troubleshooting.
You’ll be joining an in-house team of engineer’s supporting internal users across the UK. In this role you’ll be providing all hands on support to any hardware issues, implementing software upgrades and maintaining the Network Environment. Experience with Networking and Server management is essential in securing this position. This is a Microsoft environment with Server 2008/2010 and Windows 7 Operating Systems.
You’ll be liaising across the business with people with non-technical people; you’ll have excellent communication skills and be confident in training new users.
