IT SUPPORT ENGINEER, NORTH WEST LONDON Job in North West London, London Uk
Our client is a dynamic IT Support company based near Staples Corner and they are looking to recruit an IT Support Engineer to work both in the office and at client sites. The ideal person will be someone enthusiastic about everything IT, loves to learn and find out things with a 'can-do' attitude.
On a daily basis you would be:
* Providing 1st line to 3rd line support and handling issues from basic to more advanced
* Providing 2nd and 3rd line support in the office and at clients' premises
* Carrying out some project work on changing servers
* Installing new systems from scratch with the Project Team
* Logging support tickets
* Helping clients on the phone with remote support
The successful candidate must have a knowledge of installation and maintenance for:
* Server 2003/2007, Active Directory, Exchange 2007/2010
* Server migration from Server 2003 to Server 2008 including Active Directory migration
* SSL Certificate for Exchange / OWA and Outlook Anywhere through HTTP
* Blackberry Enterprise or Express Server
* Vmware ESXI, Google Apps, Postini and Office 365, Sonic Firewall, V-Lans

The role of IT Software Support Engineer offers a salary of circa 18K and 24K per annum according to level of experience.
