IT Support - Financial Services IT - up to £50'000
IT Support, Trading Systems, Financial Services, Derivatives, OTC, Exchange Traded, 1st 2nd line support, UNIX, SQL
The market leading vendor of trading systems to the financial services industry is looking for 1st 2nd line support consultant to join their London.
Our client will only consider candidates with strong experience in application support from a software vendor - ideally in the financial services industry.
You will be highly skilled in IT Support with experience including (but not limited to):
- 1st / 2nd Line Support
- In-depth knowledge of SQL
- External client-facing support work
- Issue resolution escalation
- Some knowledge of FIX and supporting FIX issues
They are willing to pay up to £50'000 for this position however will consider candidates at lower salary levels with less experience providing this is not less than 12 months post-graduate IT Support Experience. All applicants must have very clear motivations for wanting to join the financial services IT industry in addition to high-levels of motivation for their career to progress. You will have exemplary communication skills.
