AOGP delivers the vocational training program for doctors who have been selected to specialise in General Practice and is also responsible for the delivery of prevocational training in the General Practice setting. AOGP is seeking an energetic individual with proven communication, organisational and information technology skills to become part of our Communications team. You will underpin the IT Officer to deliver efficient desktop support in a Windows Server 2008 AD and Exchange environment. This position will assist with local IT services and equipment as well as in the implementation of new IT systems. You will be working collaboratively with the Communications team to successfully deliver a high standard of education and training to GP Registrars and their Supervisors.

Position Requirements

You should have:

§         Demonstrated experience in a Mac and/or Windows desktop support role in a corporate environment.

§         Good understanding of IP based networks.

§         Demonstrated experience in and/or knowledge of iOS devices.

§         Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Salary

Salary: (Level HEO4) $49,298 – - $52,509 per annum.

Superannuation

Plus an employer superannuation contribution of 17% applies.

Term of Position

This fixed term position at 1.0 FTE is available immediately for a period of 12 months.
