IT Support Technician
There is an opportunity for an Information Technology Support Technician to provide 1st 2nd line IT Support in our North American offices.
The successful candidate will be bright, self-motivated, flexible and enthusiastic, aiming to become a valuable member of the IT support team. A good working knowledge of, and experience in providing IT. This position is required to travel to other offices/company events.
The role will include
· Providing IT support and administration to all staff locally and remotely
· Knowledge of networks and applications in a Microsoft environment
· Supporting various operating systems particularly Windows Server/XP/Vista/7
· Knowledge of Active Directory and various antivirus deployment procedures
The successful candidate will have a good understanding of IT processes, and have an aptitude and desire to learn.
