About the Job

We are looking for someone who can assist us in providing exceptional IT support to our valued client base. The position will be based at our office in Sunbury and Casual with a view to permanent part time. (minimum 3 days per week). --About the position: You will be working within a small team, participating in phone based on-site support of Windows based applications and operating systems, basic network, TCP/IP and relevant hardware. --Ideal skill set: Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft network technologies including DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, etc Ability to manage and support Microsoft Server environments. Strong troubleshooting skills across user and application support. Ability to support and maintain backup, virus protection, internet and remote access solutions. Experience in servicing and assembling computer hardware. Be eager and willing to learn new technologies while building a career within solution support. Excellent prioritising and communication skills (verbal and written). Sound Analytical Problem Solving skills. --Major responsibilities will include: Provide technical software and hardware phone based support. Service, assemble and install PC/Server Hardware and Software. Record, resolve and support all issues in the service centre logging system in line with company procedures and within given targets and time frames. Take ownership of support issues prioritising and escalating when required. Work primary support hours as required. Drivers Licence a Must
